More Than A Place To Stay, It's An Experience
This 1925 historic Sears kit home has been refurbished completely and is our labor of love. This is the first project we undertook and the spark that started the Dwell Well Experience. Our desire was to keep the antique features while adding modern conveniences and pops of color. The open plan and natural light, along with the comfortable beds and modern furnishings create the perfect setting for your stay. We hope that the splashes of color and whimsy make you feel happy and relaxed.
The comfort of our guests is our top priority and we do our best to supply the amenities and comforts of your own home. The Garrett House is perfect for romantic getaways, trips with friends, wine excursions and relaxing after dropping kids off at camp.

We have thought of everything for you both indoors and out! There is a screened-in patio for entertaining and a lovely outdoor rain shower. The lush backyard is equipped with a stunning pool, a four-person hot tub, firepit, and gas grill.
Located just a few blocks from historic downtown Kerrville, the Garrett House is a short walk from some of the best local restaurants and hangouts. Take an afternoon ride on one of our bicycles or enjoy the short walk to the beautiful Guadalupe River Trail.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
Sheri, Guest
We added our share to the community cork collection dropped into a large glass jar. We will definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to everyone!

Kim has an eye for interior decorating and she created a great flow for the two bed/two bath house. I highly recommend this house for special events or for lodging.

So inviting! Very large master bath and shower, cute claw foot tub with overhead shower in second bathroom: all instantly warm and cozy! Added bonus outdoor shower!
Be Our Guest
"My passions and giftings are in service and hospitality. Nothing makes me happier than when someone walks into one of my homes and immediately feels at home.
We love to fill our homes with natural light and lots of colors, and yes, a bit of fun. It makes me happy. We kept the historic character of this home at the core, and added modern amenities to ensure that our guests have a lovely stay. We worked hard to add special touches that go above and beyond the norm. I want you to feel spoiled from the moment you arrive until the second you leave."
