More Than A Place To Stay, It's An Experience
The Tivy Cottage, the newest addition to the Dwell Well rentals, is a 1940's bungalow named after Kerrville's first mayor. We have saved the original vintage features like the built-in phone nook, the glass doorknobs, and skeleton keys and exposed the shiplap that covers the walls and the ceiling. Taking inspiration from Austin, Tx home styles, the rental is adorned with midwestern and eclectic decor and features Kim's colorful trademark cement tile. This 2 bed, 2 bath home has the feel of a bright and modern bohemian getaway and sleeps six. The enclosed sunroom also has memory foam bunk beds for extra sleeping space.

Like our other rentals, the Tivy Cottage is equipped with a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable memory foam beds, luxury linens, bamboo sheets, and comfortable furnishings to create the perfect setting for your stay. The privacy fenced backyard is complete with outdoor furnishings and an outdoor game area. Plus, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax outside in the seven-person hot tub or around the fire pit. Want to take the party indoors? Make your self a cocktail at our Honor Bar and choose a vinyl record from the wall.

Bring Fido! We are pet friendly and even have amenities for your four-legged friend, a dog bed, fenced yard, toys and treats. After all, your dog is part of the family.

The cottage is only a short walk from Kerrville's best restaurants, bars, breweries and local hangouts!
